1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using YellOut, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. What YellOut Is

YellOut is a community reporting platform that allows users to share and view local incident reports in Australian communities. It aggregates user-submitted reports alongside publicly available government data from sources such as TMR Queensland (Transport and Main Roads) and QFES (Queensland Fire and Emergency Services).

Important: YellOut is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or witnessing an emergency, call 000 (Triple Zero) immediately. Do not rely on YellOut to report emergencies.

User-submitted reports are not verified by YellOut. Reports reflect the views and observations of individual users and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Government data (TMR, QFES) is sourced from official feeds but may experience delays. Any actions you take based on information from YellOut are entirely at your own risk.
