YellOut is a community reporting platform that allows users to share and view local incident reports in Australian communities. It aggregates user-submitted reports alongside publicly available government data from sources such as TMR Queensland (Transport and Main Roads) and QFES (Queensland Fire and Emergency Services).

You retain ownership of the content you post on YellOut. By posting content, you grant YellOut a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and use your content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service. If you believe content infringes your rights or violates these terms, use the in-app "Report" feature on the relevant post and provide a clear reason for the takedown request. We will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
User-submitted reports are not verified by YellOut. Reports reflect the views and observations of individual users and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Government data (TMR, QFES) is sourced from official feeds but may experience delays. Any actions you take based on information from YellOut are entirely at your own risk.
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon account deletion, your posts, comments, reactions, and personal data will be permanently removed from our systems.
YellOut is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, YellOut and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
